Last few years have been very tough for all of us, as Covid played havoc globally. This interrupted normal working process and hence in year 2021 we had a virtual conference with limited face to face sessions.
A lot of times we get wrapped up in what is happening right now. While the current year is important, we also need to take into account that we are returning to normal life after about two years. Just looking at the current year, the bust years do not really give a clear understanding of how we all managed to survive. Probably it was the boom years reserves which saved us during the bust years.
I preferred spending my time trying to figure out how to run the association during the covid era (bust years) efficiently, but that is only half the battle. I would like to thank everyone who have been helpful is those times of extreme frustration for putting on a strong fight to help the association grow.
